Banner ads need to meet
certain size restrictions to be used on this site.
The size requirements are 468 x 60 pixels.
The file size should be under 20k.
Here's an example.
All banners are posted for 1 WEEK from the date you wish the
ad to go live.
If you wish for your ad be posted longer, just choose the
number of weeks on the Paypal payment page and the payment
amount will be adjusted accordingly.

2) You must submit payment via Paypal and provide valid
information.
NOTE: If you pay via eCheck or if the funds are not
immediately transferred,
there will be a delay in posting your banner until the funds
have cleared.
